Dosbarth Mr Byrne
This term we have been using Adobe Express to create infographics. Below is some of our pupils' work.

Our topic this term is ‘Delicious Delights’.
The children will be investigating and developing their understanding of the science of food to lead to a healthy lifestyle. The children will have opportunities to decide on their learning through pupil-lead questioning.
They could be working on topics in relation to our ‘Delicious Delights’ topic such as:
Investigate where food comes from and how it gets to the supermarkets.
Understand how food needs to be correctly stored, prepared and used to keep us safe and healthy. · Explore different cuisines from different countries, how they are made and how they taste.
In Maths we will be looking at: number and place value, written addition and subtraction, problem solving, reasoning and algebra, mental addition and subtraction, decimals, percentages and their equivalence to fractions, problem solving, reasoning and algebra, mental multiplication and division, measurement, mental multiplication and division, fractions, ratio and proportion, geometry, statistics, properties of shapes, worded problem solving and reasoning. Dojo messages and information will continue this year in the class groups. This is a simple and effective way of getting in touch, receiving information and seeing how your son/daughter is getting on through dojo points and posted videos. If you have any problems or need information about this or any other issues, please contact your child’s class teacher.
